Directions
From Newport, leave the town via the A3054 northwards signposted for Ryde. Carry on until you reach the roundabout with Junction of A3021 where turn left following the signs for East Cowes. Just after passing a Technology Park on the left hand side look out for the entrance to the Estate on the right hand side.
From East Cowes Ferry, second exit at roundabout onto Well Road, A3021. Follow this road out of East Cowes and just after the entrance to Osborne House turn left at the roundabout onto Whippingham Road. The entrance to the Estate is on the left hand side.
From Fishbourne Ferry leave terminal on B3731 until junction with A3054 where turn right towards East Cowes. Remain on this road until roundabout with junction of A3021 which you should take to the right signposted for East Cowes. Just after passing a Technology Park on the left hand side look out for the entrance to the Estate on the right hand side.
