The Library is free to join - members can borrow books, DVDs, talking books, e-books and use the public computers free of charge. Free basic IT help is also available.

Opening Hours:
The library is open from 10am to 5pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 10am to 7pm on Mondays and 12pm to 5pm on Saturdays. Closed Wednesdays and Sundays.
The art gallery is open from 9:30am to 5pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9:30am to 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 9:30am to 4pm on Saturdays. Closed Sundays.
