"The majority of the Beaulieu attraction is fully accessible and the site frequently audited by independent access experts.

As certain buildings are listed, we are unable to undertake alterations that would undermine their historical integrity. In these cases, our accessibility trained staff will be happy to offer visitors with restricted mobility a substitute viewing experience or assist in the facilitation of their visit.

Visitors with disabilities (or their carers) are encouraged to download our Access Statement, which describes in detail the facilities and services we offer across the attraction as well as key information to help you plan your visit.

We have a limited number of manual wheelchairs and electric scooters available to hire, free of charge. These are subject to availability and it is advisable to book these in advance by calling 01590 614646 between 10:00am - 5:00pm. Please note that to ensure the safety of visitors, the use of personal customised mobility vehicles is at our discretion.

A DVD tour is available to show the upper floors of Palace House and views from the Monorail for people who cannot access these areas. Speak to a member of staff for more information.

Large print visitor information is available on arrival. There are induction loops in key areas of the attraction, and transcripts available to supplement the content of film and video presentations where these are unavailable. Touch tours of Palace House are also available by prior arrangement.

Assistance dogs are welcome and can be used to access all areas of the site, although they are not permitted to ride the Top Gear simulator. Visitors wishing to bring a working dog onto the Monorail should first seek assistance from a member of staff."
