Accessibility:

Car park with disability parking. Hearing loop in place. Toilets with baby changing and disability access. Guide dogs allowed. Disabled motorists can also park outside the entrance to the museum and café and visitor centre.

"Is the park accessible for disabled visitors?

It’s central to what we do to ensure that the site is as inclusive as it can be.  Our main new paths are wide, flat and wheelchair friendly and we regularly welcome disabled visitors and volunteers.  Due to the constraints of the site, towards the very easternmost section, the woodland paths are formed of larger stones and not suitable for wheelchairs –  but a good circuit can be done of the site on mobility scooter or in a wheelchair.  The new bridge to the Great Meadow will be step-free, and our cafe will be step-free with accessible WC."

Amenities:

Shop on site with light refreshments. Picnic areas. 2022: "Our on-site partnership with the Tywi Gateway Trust had their new visitor centre and café opening by August 2022." See https://tywigateway.org.uk/ and https://parcyresgob.org.uk/resources/self-guided-trails/

"Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.  Please ensure you pick up and bag your dog waste and dispose of it in the bins provided."
