Castletown Library is located on the first floor of the Civic Centre. Access inside by stairs or a lift. There are toilets on the ground floor.  Free parking to the rear of the building.

Directions:

This driving route avoids the centre of town: From the A5 west turn right down Arbory Road, at the sharp right hand bend the road becomes Farrants Way, stay on this road, the library is on the left opposite Scarlett Road.
