Accessibility:

There is parking available on the roads around the church. There is a level path leading from the lychgate to the church. There is a very low step up to the main door of the church. Inside the church is generally wheelchair accessible. A hearing induction loop system is in place.

  

Brief Description:

All Saints Church is a Grade II Listed Building which originates from the early 13th Century with the nave being rebuilt in 1820. The oak pews have carvings on the end panels of all the saints. There is a tomb of Rachel Gee, wife of Sir William Gee of Bishop Burton Hall, which was found in a vault under the chancel during the 1820 restoration. There are stained glass windows in the church. There is a Lychgate which was built in the memory of Julia Philadelphia Eyre who died in 1923.

From Beverley via A1174 and A1079. Head north-east on Newbegin towards Lairgate/A164. Turn left onto Lairgate/A164. Turn left onto York Road/A1174 and follow for 1.7 miles. At Killingwoldgraves Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A1079. Turn left onto Church Lane.


From Pocklington via A1079. Take The Balk.B1247 to A1079. Follow A1079 for 3.9 miles. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto York Road/A1079. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Giant Bradley Way/A1079. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on A1079 for 7.1 miles. Turn right onto Church Lane.
