Brief Description:

Cherry Burton is a village on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, 3 miles north-west of Beverley in the East Riding of Yorkshire. A point of interest is St Michael’s Church which is a Grade II Listed Building built in 1852.

Directions:

From Beverley via A164 and A1035. Head north-east on Newbegin towards Lairgate/A164. Turn left onto Lairgate/A164. Continue straight onto North Bar Without/A164. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Malton Road/A1035. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto B1248. Turn left onto Main Street. Turn left.


From Pocklington via A1079. Take The Balk.B1247 to A1079. Follow A1079 for 3.9 miles. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto York Road/A1079. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Giant Bradley Way/A1079. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on A1079 for 5.1 miles. Turn left onto Highgate. Continue onto Main Street. Turn right.
