Brief description:

East Garston is a village and civil parish on the River Lambourn, about 5.5 miles north of Hungerford in West Berkshire. The river flows through the village, dividing many houses from the main road, so that each has a bridge over the river to the front door.

Directions:

East Garston is off the M4, take the A338 heading north and follow the Hungerford Hill road through Great Shefford, it will lead you right to the village.

The village is open at any time but the shops and facilities all have their own opening/closing times.

Transport:

Bus Number 4 runs from Lambourn to Newbury.
