At roundabout keep left onto B4237 towards city centre.
Remain on this road, Cardiff Road, following the signs for the City Centre.
Having passed the hospital on the left hand side look out for a fork left again sign posted for the City Centre.
Take this fork and follow the one way road to a major junction.
Keep left at the junction onto Commercial Street.
The building appears immediately on the left hand side.
