Accessibility:

On-street parking is possible along Manor Way, the main road through the village, but it is safer and more suited to pedestrians in the small housing estates.  The newer roads are well maintained with good tarmac while the road in the southern, older part of the village is less well maintained and can be very narrow in parts.

Brief Description:

Llanllwch is a village to the south west of Carmarthen, the south side of the A40 and just to the west of Johnstown. It is a village of two distinct halves, with the end nearest to Carmarthen being largely comprised of relatively new-build bungalows, while the centre of the village surrounding the church is far older.

The village takes its name from a tract of boggy land west of Llanllwch known as Llanllwch bog.
