There are a handful of car parks in Fishguard, with disabled bays. There are also plenty of toilets which are easily accessible. Most of the town is wheelchair friendly.
Brief Description:
Lower town Fishguard was a locally important trading port exporting slate, woollen goods and food and importing limestone and coal. It also had a small fishing fleet catching pilchards and herring.

Directions:
The lower town is ½ mile east of the centre of Fishguard on the A487; which is approx. 16 miles north east of Haverfordwest, via the A40. The lower town nestles in the valley west of the A487.

There are also some quality B&Bs and hotels in the town and self catering cottages can be found all across the Fishguard bay area.
