FOOD AND DRINK:
Visitors can enjoy a tasty treat from our newly refurbished café. The café will be open for takeaway daily 7.30am – 4pm until 31 March and then 7.30am – 6pm from 1 April. Initially, we will be serving a takeaway menu of light refreshments including hot drinks and cakes, with an enhanced menu to follow serving soups, hot sandwiches and salads on 17 May 2021. Our outdoor seating will also be available from 12 April onwards and there will be additional safety measures in place to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable visit.
PICNIC AREA: Picnics are permitted anywhere in the park, but no barbecues.
SHOP: There is currently no shop in Marble Hill House as the main house is closed for conservation work.
TOILETS:
Male, female toilets and accessible toilets are temporarily located in the car park. Baby changing facilities are available.
DOGS: Currently, dogs are allowed off leads in most areas of the park under close supervision. The fenced children's area is a dog-free zone. Assistance dogs welcome. Please note that we are currently reviewing our dog walking policy, including introducing a professional dog walkers licence and code of conduct from 4 May 2020. Find out more and have your say.
EXHIBITION: The house has occasional exhibitions please call for details.
GARDENS:
Marble Hill House is set in 65 acres of parkland containing historic features such as an ice house and grotto, both built in the early 18th century. The park is suitable for sports such as cricket, rugby and football - please contact the Ranger on 0782 568 0709 for more information about available facilities.
