Due to development work in 2020, the Museum’s Oystermouth Road car park is closed. The St David’s multi-storey car park (pay and display) is a short walk away from the Museum on Oystermouth Road - for satellite navigation use SA1 3NG. This car park, accessed from Princess Way, has 33 ground-floor disability spaces. There are also a limited number of disability spaces in East Burrows Place, close to the entrance of the National Waterfront Museum (available on a first come, first served basis, as are some manual wheelchairs for visitors). The Museum is fully wheelchair-accessible and many exhibits have Braille and signed interpretation. A limited number of mobility scooters are permitted at any one time. Please contact (029) 2057 3600 before visiting. Assistance dogs are welcome. For visitors who are blind or partially-sighted, tours can be booked by ringing (029) 2057 3600 two weeks before visiting. There is also a quiet chill out room if required.
