On-road parking is available outside the entrance which has a level pavement access to the site, which is partially accessible to wheelchair users. Most of the site can be accessed, including the Roman Garden, bath suite, and exhibition of artefacts.

Directions
By Foot – Newport Roman Villa is a flat 10 minute walk from the centre of Newport.
By Bus – Newport Roman villa is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the central bus station in Newport and the local service No. 38 (Newport-Carisbrooke-Newport) stops at the end of Cypress road. Visit the Southern Vectis website for more information about bus travel on the Isle of Wight.
By Car from East Cowes Ferry, second exit at roundabout onto Well Road, A3021, A3054 to Newport.
Remain on this road and as you approach Newport keep left following the signs for the Town Centre.
At the large roundabout keep left onto the A3020, again following the signs for the Town Centre.
At the next roundabout again keep left on the A3020 but this time the signs are for Sandown and Shanklin.
At the next roundabout, with greenery in the middle , turn right onto St George's Approach following the signs for the Town Centre again.
Opposite the supermarket on the right hand side turn left onto Medina Avenue and then 3rd right onto Cypress Road.
The Villa can be found a little way along this road on the right hand side tucked back from the road, opposite number 20.
By Bicycle – Newport Roman Villa is just minutes away from the scenic Newport to Sandown cycle track (exit at Shide).
