Blue badge parking bays are in Halcyon Road car park off Courtenay Street, and Cricketfield car park on Marsh Road which also has a public disability toilet. Other disability toilets are at Decoy and Market Walk. 

Brief Description:

Newton Abbot is a market town on the river Teign with a population that grew very quickly during the Victorian era. This growth was partly due to the vast locomotive works providing locomotives to South Devon Railway.
