"NX is a former cinema venue and is constructed across multi floors. We have a customer lift which is located at the front of the venue and staff will be available to assist you. Our customer lift operates to the first and second floor only. NX also has accessible toilets.
We do offer one free carer’s pass per ticket holder. These can be booked directly with the venue be emailing info@nxnewcastle.com. Carer ticket holders should be able to meet the needs and assist the person they are accompanying in the event of an emergency."
