Brief Description:
Plympton is a collection of old villages, including St. Maurice, which remains a picturesque part of the town. Plympton is the birth place of the artist Sir Joshua Reynolds who was both Lord Mayor of Plympton and Member of Parliament, a role shared by the famous architect Sir Christopher Wren.

From Plymouth travelling east on the Devon Expressway take the exit for the Plymouth Road into Plympton. From Exeter on the A38 follow the road south east onto the Devon Expressway and join the Plymouth Road towards Plympton.
