Accessibility:
A number of disability parking spaces are available and can be reserved by prior arrangement with the Stadium’s management. Access into the stadium is level, with either no steps or shallow ramps where there are steps. Entry to the stadium is the same for able- and unable-bodied spectators: from the north - along the Riverwalk to gate 1, from the east - across Westgate Plaza to gate 3 and from the south - across Millennium Plaza to gates 6 & 7.
Provision for wheelchair users is available throughout the ground; there are the following spaces available: level 3 - 64 spaces plus 64 companions, level 4 - 28 spaces plus 28 companions and level 6 - 64 spaces plus 64 companions. There are also wheelchairs available for use (on a first come, first served basis) to enable you to be escorted to your seating area without any unnecessary walking.
Radar key-accessed disability toilet facilities are available on various levels of the stadium, as follows:
level 3 - 14 disabled unisex WCs, level 4 - 4 disabled unisex WCs and level 6 - 4 disabled unisex WCs. The level 5 hospitality private boxes are all wheelchair-accessible and has 4 disabled unisex WCs. The venue has a Changing Places disability toilet with a hoist.
Guide dogs are admitted into the stadium; however, they are restricted to the wheelchair terracing at the rear of the lower tier of seating on level 3.

Brief Description:
Principality Stadium (previously known as Millennium Stadium) is a 74500-seated capacity multi-event stadium in the centre of Cardiff. It has been housing sports events, concerts, exhibitions and conferences since it opened in June 1999.
Tours of the stadium are available on an almost daily basis. You can visit the Press Conference Suite, the dressing rooms, walk down the player’s tunnel onto the pitch, view the pitch from a VIP hospitality suite and lift the trophy in the President's Box, an area normally reserved for royalty.

Pricing for each event is separate, however, for any full-price paying disabled person a helper/companion is admitted for free.
Directions:
The Principality Stadium is located in the centre of Cardiff on Westgate Street. From the M4 take either junction 33 from the west or junction 29 if travelling from the east.
From junction 29 – follow the A48(M) towards Cardiff E&S. This turns into the A48 and you then follow the signs onto North Road (A470) towards ‘City’. Continue along this road and it will turn into A4161 taking you past Cardiff Castle. After the castle, turn left onto Westgate Street and the stadium’s Gate 2 is on the right.
From junction 33 – follow the A4232 signposted towards Cardiff (W). Follow this road until you get to a roundabout with the A48. Turn left onto the A48, still signposted to Cardiff (W). At the next roundabout turn right onto the A4161/Lansdowne Road, which will change names to Atlas Road. Continue along the A4161/Atlas Road and then turn right by Cardiff Castle into Westgate Street; and the stadium’s Gate 2 is on the right.

Principality Stadium is located in the centre of Cardiff and can be complicated to get to by car. It is advisable to use the train, bus or park and ride.

Amenities:
There are refreshment stations located on all levels throughout the stadium. There is a refreshment order service available via the stadium stewards for those that are less-able to move from their seats during the intervals.
