Public Defibrillator wall-mounted in a metal box fixed beside a ground floor window on the outside frontage of the building  -  the position of the bottom edge of the Defibrillator box is mounted a few inches/millimetres below the bottom edge of the window beside it. There is a level paved area alongside the wall-mounted Defibrillator.

Printed instructions for the Defibrillator and the Emergency Contact telephone number for the  Ambulance service and Emergency Services is printed on the metal box which contains the Defibrillator.

A public Defibrillator, provided by Whitchurch & Ganarew Group Parish Council, in the village of Symonds Yat West which is in an area of outstanding beauty popular with tourists, situated near Whitchurch and Ross-on-Wye

Directions

Situated on the B4164 off the A40 between Ross on Wye (5 mil)  Monmouth (5 miles), .After turning onto the B4164 from the A40, the Public Defibrillator is situated approximately half a mile away, in the village of Symonds Yat. The green Defibrillator box can be clearly seen by the  the roadside mounted on the wall of Buck House (next to a red phone box)  which is opposite the entrance drive of the The Paddocks Hotel . There is roadside parking alongside the location of the Defibrillator.
