Our offices are located within the Crowngate multi-storey car park (WR1 3LZ) on Level 6, allowing customers to park adjacent to the ShopMobility offices. This minimises walking distance and makes transferring to mobility equipment easier.

• Blue Badge parking bays are available within the car park

• Level access from parking to our offices

Step-Free Access (for those not using the car park)

ShopMobility Worcester can be accessed without steps when approaching via Friary Walk.

• Level access throughout the shopping arcade
• Lift access available to reach the ShopMobility level
• Automatic doors on exiting the lift
• Wide, level surfaces suitable for wheelchairs, scooters and walking aids
• No steps or stairs required at any point on this route

By car

if using GPS enter Crowngate Shopping Centre Car Park Moreton Pl, Worcester, WR1 3L

From the M5:

Leave the M5 at Junction 7 (Worcester South).

At the roundabout, follow signs for A44 Worcester.

Stay on the A44 (Whittington Road), following signs for Worcester City Centre.

Continue onto London Road, cross the river onto Bridge Street, then turn right into North Parade (one-way).

At the traffic lights, turn right into Dolday, then right at the next set of traffic lights.

Moreton Place is on your left — turn into Crowngate Car Park (ShopMobility is signposted).

Step-free access directions (using the lift)

From Angel Place

• Enter Friary Walk and follow the covered arcade.
• Just before the open central area, turn left into the passageway (opposite Rymans)
• Take the lift to the next floor.
• When you exit the lift, turn right, pass through the automatic doors, then turn right into the parking area.

From Broad Street

• Enter Friary Walk and follow the covered arcade.
• At the open central area, turn right, then immediately right again into the passageway.
• Take the lift to the next floor.
• When you exit the lift, turn right, pass through the automatic doors, then turn right into the parking area.

Opening Times

2026: "ShopMobility Worcester is open:

• Monday: 10am – 4pm
• Tuesday to Saturday: 9am – 4pm
• Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays

Visiting later in the day

If all equipment has been returned and there are no further appointments, we may occasionally close up to one hour earlier.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking an appointment, especially if you plan to visit during the last hour of opening."
