"We are here to help you if you have a difficulty with mobility and would like to access shopping and leisure facilities in Worcester city centre. You can hire a variety of mobility aids, various sizes of motorised scooters and power wheelchairs. We also have manual wheelchairs that can be either pushed by another person or operated by the individual person. Additionally we have several attachments for the manual wheelchairs for people with a leg impediment that require the leg to be elevated."

"By car: enter Crowngate multi-storey car park (WR1 3LZ), drive up to level 6 and follow the signs to Shopmobility. On foot or by mobility aid: enter Crowngate shopping centre from Angel Place, turn left into corridor (signed), take the lift up to level 5/6, turn right, through automatic doors."

+ "Turn into Moreton Place from the one-way system and then into Crowngate car park. Registration numbers are read automatically, so you don’t need to obtain a ticket, just wait for the barrier to raise up. Then drive up to level 6 and follow the overhead signs to Shopmobility at the back where you’ll descend a short slope and turn right into our reserved parking area.

On Foot or by Mobility Aid

Enter Friary Walk from Angel Place, proceed along the arcade and before the open area in the middle turn left into the passageway. Take the lift up to the next floor. On exit from the lift turn right, go through the automatic doors and turn right in the parking area.

and Monday 10am to 4pm (except bank holidays)
