"St Joseph's Catholic Church which opened in 1968. The Parish Priest at the time was Fr J Wedlake. 'The Baptism of Christ' stained glass window in the baptistery is by artist Jonah Jones and was installed around 1970. The stained­glass windows around the main church were by Peter Morton in1968. The windows were sponsored by local Catholic families. Currently being processed for listing due to its architectural importance."
