"The Museum boasts a comprehensive collectors shop, stocking a wide range of vintage, pre-owned and new toys.
Die-cast cars, model kits, model railways, soldiers, sci-fi, film related collectables, dolls, bears, dolls houses, Action Man, puppets, Scalextric, vintage vinyl and related books can all be found on sale here. Prices to suit all pockets and constantly changing stock.
We are also stockists for Bachmann, Graham Farish and New Britains.
We are always interested in buying vintage (pre-1980s) toys for the shop or museum. Please contact us if you have anything you wish to sell.

The Toy Museum:“I had one of those”
A true step back in time. Five nostalgia fuelled rooms, everything you ever had, everything you ever wanted and everything the kid next door had. It’s all here, the things you remember, the things you’ve forgotten.
Established in 1994 and widely featured on T.V and in the national press.
6,000 visitors a year, many of whom return year after year, can’t be wrong....come and see what all the fuss is about.
Toy Museum Soldiers Room:
Britain's and Herald Cowboy and Indian.Britain's mounted swoppet knights
This is the barracks for Philip's personal army of around 5,000 model soldiers and civilian figures ranging from 25 to 90mm tall, made of aluminium, composition, cardboard, lead, plastics and wood. Supported by displays of farm, zoo, garden and aeroplanes.
In addition to single figures the soldiers are displayed in parades such as Queen Victoria's Jubilee and battles spanning the period from Stirling Bridge to Mons, utilising any contemporary figures.

"The collectors shop and toy museum museum is located in the centre of Callander, on the main A84 opposite the Co-op.
The post code for Satnavs is FK17 8BQ.
There is parking on the street or in the two large car parks in the town.
Please remember we are a seasonal business (open Easter to October), and over the winter months we do all the jobs we are unable to do when we're open six days a week, including squeezing out yet more toys for you to see.
As we are a family run business there are rare occasions when are not able to open as expected - if you are travelling a long way to visit us please call to check we're open, or check our Facebook page where we will post any unexpected closures.
