Accessibility:
Carpark is near the entrance of the centre, with disability parking bays available. Access throughout the centre is provided by ramps, slopes and/or manual doors. Toilets for disabled visitors are available although the doorways aren’t very wide. There is also a lift available to reach the upper floors with a max weight of 630kg. The ‘Rebellion Experience’ itself can be dark in places with cobbled floors making for an uneven surface in some areas. The fire exits are clearly marked however some have a small step before the exit. There are bright lights and smoke throughout the experience.

The National 1798 Rebellion Centre hosts a ‘Rebellion Experience’, retelling the events of 1798 in Ireland. The experience includes interactive art exhibitions and a 4D Battle of Vinegar Hill experience.
