Entrance & Ground Floor: The main entrance from the garden offers step-free access. Inside, the ground floor features narrow doorways and uneven flooring. Wheelchairs are available for use, and staff can assist with transfers.
First Floor: Accessed via 13 steps with handrails. For those unable to access the upper floor, a video tour is available upon request.
An accessible toilet with baby-changing facilities is located within the gardens.
Disabled parking available near the entrance on Henley Street.
