Brief description:
The current Town Hall building, built in 1863 occupies a site where historic records state a hall has existed on the site since the reign of Charles I. The interior of the building consists of a Mayor's Parlour, Council Chamber, Magistrates Room and an Ante Room/Ball Room. The building can be hired for conferences and weddings.
