Entering the Museum: The Ure Museum is located on the ground floor of the Edith Morley building on the Whiteknights Campus RG6 6EL. The building has many entrances, the closest to the museum is entrance 5. Entrance 1 has step-free access and power assisted doors.
Parking
- Parking on the Whiteknights campus is very limited. Car park 1A is a Pay & Display car park (credit/debit card only). click here for more information
- Blue badge parking is available in all car parks. Please see map for details
- We encourage visitors to travel by foot, bike and public transport wherever possible
Wheelchair users: Step-free and power assisted doors can be found at entrance 1 of the Edith Morley building.
Toilets: There are a number of toilets throughout the building, which are cleaned regularly by university staff. An accessible toilet can be found a short distance from the museum by entrance 1.

We encourage visitors to use alternative methods of transport to get to the Ure Museum, but if you need to come by car, there is a pay and display car park (1a) off of the Shinfield Road entrance next to the Sports Park. Please note that the pay and display machine only accepts cards.
