Accessibility:

Some on-street parking is available to the front of the town hall but there is a car park at the rear with approximately 80 spaces. There is a small step to the front main door, but the entrance nearest to the car park has a gently sloping concrete ramp with hand rails. There are disability toilet facilities, which are wheelchair accessible, and a lift inside the building.

Brief Description:

Whitland Town Hall was built in 1904 and has previously been a butchers, cinema and social club. The hall is around two minutes on foot from the railway station and offers conference and meeting rooms, a large main hall and smaller rooms for hourly hire. Computing, printing and copying facilities are available.

Mayor's parlour: £10.00 per hour.

Hall, plus full use of kitchen/catering facilities: £80.00 plus £20.00 returnable deposit.

Directions:

From the A40 take southern exit onto the B4328. In the centre of town turn left signposted B4328 / Tavernspite and take the first right onto King Edward Street. The front entrance to the town hall is notable by its porch supported by columns. Parking is to the rear of the building and is signposted from the front entrance.
