Brief description

https://www.achurchnearyou.com/church/3420/about-us/

2025:

"All Saints is a small church which dominates the centre of the village of Great Bourton. It has an interesting history spanning 600 years. For 300 years from around 1550 it was used as a house, or a grocers shop and even for a time as a school. In 1863 it was consecrated as a church again and it's unique detached bell tower was added in 1883. The church building itself houses a servery and toilet facilities in the north aisle. The Bell Tower has recently been restored thanks largely to the incredible fund raising efforts of The Friends of All Saints group, the generosity of the Bourton's villagers and local business community as well as grants from the Oxfordshire Historic Churches Trust and the Garfield Weston Foundation. A small but committed congregation meet twice monthly for worship and also weekly for a prayer service."
