The Civic Centre is adjacent to the A470 in the Centre of the City.

Follow signs for the City Centre from any direction.

Payable on-street parking is available on the roads around the Civic Centre, as well as an open air car park at Castle Mews and North Road, which are again fee-paying, and short walk away via a Subway.
