Brief Description:
The current building was built in the late 19th-century in the Gothic style. It has a fine tower. Its Minister serves this congregation and the other one on the island at St Andrew's United Reformed Church in Douglas.

In the north of the island Trinity United Reformed Church also began as a Presbyterian congregation. They had been in the same building in Waterloo Road in Ramsey for 135 years when, in 2019, they joined with the Ramsey Methodist Church, who also gave up a building on Waterloo Road.
