The closest car park is the Piccadilly Car Park approximately 0.2 miles away. There is ramped access into the church and it is wheelchair accessible inside. There are public toilets including wheelchair accessible and baby changing facilities. A hearing induction loop system is in place and large print service books are available.


It is stated on the A Church Near You website that disabled access is for services only.


Brief Description:

All Saints is a Grade I Listed Building which was built in the 14th Century, however there has been a church on the site since the 11th Century. It is the Guild Church of York and also the Regimental Church of the Royal Dragoon Guards. The top of the tower features a lantern and in medieval times the light was kept burning at night to guide people into the city. There is 14th Century stained glass which depicts the Passion and Resurrection of Christ, as well as 19th Century windows, and also a new stained glass window which was installed in 2015 to remember those who died in Afghanistan.
