Accessibility:

The closest car park is a Long Mill Gate, approximately a one minute walk away, which includes blue badge parking bays. Manchester Victoria Station is generally wheelchair-accessible, with level access from the concourse direct to platforms 1, 2 and 3 and lift access to all other platforms. There are ramps available for train access and staff help available 24 hours a day. There are toilets available, including disability toilets (in the ticket hall) which are wheelchair-accessible toilets and have baby-changing facilities. There are wheelchairs available to loan. A hearing induction loop system is in place. There are outlets available to by snacks and refreshments and also vending machines.

Directions:

Travelling from Rochdale via M62 (13.1 miles). Take M62 and M60 southbound to junction 17 and take the A56 exit to Manchester City Centre/Prestwich/Whitefield. Follow A56 to Victoria Station Approach.


From Stockport via A57 (9.5 miles). Take M60 northbound. Exit at junction 24 and take the A57 exit to Manchester City Centre/Denton/Hyde/Sheffield. Follow A57, A665 and A6042 to Long Millgate.
