Leave the A1 at the Oakham A606 Junction and take the A606 towards Oakham. Remain on A606 following the signs for Empingham, Whitwell and Oakham. A little while after passing through Whitwell and the North Shore Car park look out for a turning on the left sign posted for Egleton and the Bird Watching Centre, which you should take.
After a short distance turn right onto Church Road, again sign posted for Egleton and the Bird Watching Centre, and follow this into the village.
