Situated 1.4 miles SW of Seaburn via A183 turning right onto Dykelands Road. At roundabout take 1st exit onto Dene Lane/B1291. At the end of the road turn right onto B1291 and then turn right onto Newcastle Road/A1018. The Mill is then just along the road on the left hand side.
