Travelling by public transport, there is a bus stop directly outside the church entrance on Babbacombe Road. There is limited parking on the entrance driveway for about ten vehicles. Non blue badge parking is opposite the entrance on Babbacombe Road with a limited one hour maximum stay. The nearest car park is short stay, 200 metres south west along Babbacombe Road on the corner of Hampton Avenue. It has a single, unisex, disability toilet.

Brief Description:

Furrough Cross began as an independent church in 1852 and was built on arable land at the side of Furrough Cross Lane. The church derived its name from this land known as a furrow. It later changed its name to the United Reformed Church from 1972. Despite having Anglican architecture, the church is not linked to any denomination. The church offers a full range of services, events and groups.

Holy Communion on 1st Sunday of the month.
All age service on 3rd Sunday of the month.

Directions:
Approaching Torquay from both the north and south along the A380, follow the signs for the A3022 Riviera Way. After joining the Riviera Way, travel east across the North West side of Torquay. At the crossroads turn and travel east along the B3199. Continue straight over the first round-a-bout and take the exits travelling north on the double round-a-bout towards the A379. At the junction of the B3199, turn south onto the A379. Continue along the west side of Torquay golf course and continue straight over the next round-a-bout onto St. Marychurch Road. Continue south east onto Fore Street and over the crossroads onto the A379 Babbacombe Road. The church is on the south side of the road at the junction of Lindridge Road.
