Brief Description:
The Manx Aviation and Military Museum is run by The Manx Aviation Preservation Society (MAPS) a registered charity. The museum was opened in the year 2000 next to Ronaldsway Airport, where planes can be seen taking off and landing.
The Museum has a large collection of memorabilia and photographs on the civil and military aviation heritage of the island, and the history of the Manx Regiment.

The museum shop sells gifts, prints and model kits. There are a few new books plus a large selection of second-hand military and aviation books. Castletown is about 1 mile (1.6km) away offering all amenities.
