Brief Description:

St Cuthbert's is a grade 1 listed, 12th century Norman church. It was completed around 1170, and still has many original features remaining. The turret clock inside the tower was installed in 1901, and later had the chimes added. Above this is the bell chamber containing a ring of six bells dating back to the 14th century.

Directions:

Situated 8.4 miles NE of Doncaster. Head NE on Thorne Road and at roundabout take 1st exit onto Barnbydun Road. At next roundabout take 2ns exit to stay on Barnby Dun Road/Doncaster Road/Station Road/Stainforth Road/Doncaster Road. Turn left onto Field Road and left again onto Bridge Hill. Continue onto Fishlake Nab and Main Street. St Cuthbert's will be on your left hand side. OS SE656131
