There is car parking available. There are three low steps up to the grounds of the church, wheelchair users may need assistance up these steps, but there is an entrance with level access into the church. Toilets are available including wheelchair accessible and baby changing facilities. There is a hearing induction loops and also large print books for the visually impaired. Assistance dogs are welcome.

Brief Description:

The Parish Church of St Lawrence was built in the 12th Century. It is a Grade I Listed Building. It features stained glass windows and they have bell ringing. Guided tours are available.

From Doncaster via Thorne Road and A18 (6.9m). Head north-east on Prince’s Street. At the roundabout continue straight onto Thorne Road. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on Thorne Road. Follow A18 to Vicarage Close in Hatfield. Turn left onto Vicarage Close.

From Scunthorpe via A18 (16.1m). Take Cliff Gardens to Doncaster Road. Follow A18 to Vicarage Close in Hatfield. Turn right onto Vicarage Close.
