Accessibility:

There is a large parking area available next to the restaurant with external lighting to help visibility in the evenings. There is a ramp through the main double-door entrance and once inside, the tiled/wooden floors are level. There are toilet facilities available; however, there is no separate disability toilet cubical. Guide dogs are welcome.

Brief Description:

The Forge Bar and Restaurant was renovated and opened in 2013. It offers a warm rustic environment with open fires and an extensive smoke house and grill menu. A range of vegetarian options are available. There is a beer garden with the choice to eat outside during warmer months. Venue hire for events is also available.

Situated approximately 4 miles South West of Douglas.

Follow the A5 from Douglas towards Castletown. Continue to Mount Murray. The Forge Bar and Restaurant is located on the left side of the main road opposite Mount Murray Golf Course fields.
