Accessibility:

The nearest public car park is located approximately 3 minutes away on Bolton Street. There is also on-street parking with pay metres located on The Quays, The Mall, Parnell Street and City Square. Blue badge spaces can be found in most of these areas. Cloak room facilities are available at reception. Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor of Bishop's Palace, with baby changing facilities. Disability lifts available to all floors. Wheel chairs available at request from reception, and seating available throughout the museum.

Café located on the ground floor of Bishop's Palace. There is a small gift shop located at the entrance with a larger one in the Medieval Museum. More amenities can be found locally in Waterford.

Opening Times:

Open 7 days a week, all year round. Monday to Friday 9.15am - 6pm (5pm Sept – May). Saturday 9.30am – 6pm (10am – 5pm Sept to May). Sundays and Bank Holidays 11am – 6pm (5pm Sept to May).

Admission : Adult €7. Senior/Student €6. Under 14yrs free with paying adult. Please see website for prices set for groups and combined admission of the different museums.
