The Museum has a ramped entrance, but there are stairs to reach the second floor of the museum. Disability toilets are available downstairs. The museum has audio guides and one companion can enter for free with a visitor with a disability. There is free parking opposite the museum on Whitehart Street, although there are no specific disability spaces.
Brief Description:
The Museum tells the story of Thetford and the Brecks. It includes exhibitions on archaeology, archives, coins and medals, costumes and textiles, fine art, science and technology and social history.

Directions:
From Bury St Edmunds take the A1302 to Compiegne Way/A134. Follow A134 to Bridge St in Thetford and continue along Bridge St to White Hart Street, the museum is on the left.
