The museum is wheelchair accessible, however, there is a mezzanine level which is only accessible by stairs. There is no parking on site but there is free parking nearby on White Hart Street, although there are no specific disability spaces.

Directions:
From Norwich take the A11 to Thetford. Then turn off on the A1066 until you reach a roundabout and take the exit for Norwich Rd. Carry on along the road until you reach St Nicholas St, continue until you reach Minstergate and the venue will be on your left.

The museum is a 10-minute walk from train and bus stations. There are mainline trains from Norwich and London. By car, it is a 40-minute drive from both Norwich and Cambridge.
