Accessibility:
There is a small amount of verge parking at the gates of the Mausoleum, with a level grassed area leading up to it. The Mausoleum is set on a circular platform with two flights of step leading up to the entrance, so this would not be wheelchair accessible.
Brief Description:
The Constable Mausoleum, built between 1792 and 1802, is a Grade II listed building. It was designed for Sir Edward Constable, by Thomas Atkinson of York and completed by his son John. It was restored in 1910. There is a vaulted corridor round the base of the tower containing memorials to members of the Constable family.

From Hull via B1362 (13.8m). Take Lowgate and Market Place to Garrison Rd/A63. Follow A63, A1033 and Staithes Road to School Rd in Preston. Follow Weghill road to B1362. Drive on B1362 until you reach your destination.
From Withernsea via B1362 (4m). Head west on Seaside Rd towards Bannister St. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Queen St S/A1033. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Hull Road/B1362. Continue to follow B1362 until you reach your destination.
