Accessibility:

The King William multi-storey car park is situated immediately on your right opposite the east end of the church, it also has Blue Badge Parking spaces.  It is a short 100m walk to the west end entrance down South Church Side. There is ramped access into the church making it wheelchair accessible. There are toilets in the church, and it is undergoing a toilet extension to provide a wheelchair accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.

 

Brief Description:

Holy Trinity Church was built in the late 13th Century. The nave and tower are thought to have been added in the early 15th Century. There were further restorations undertaken in the 19th Century. It survived German bombardment in the Second World War and was also used as an air raid shelter. Guided Tours of the church are available for a small charge.

Bank Holiday Mondays - 10.00am - 4.00pm, Tuesday – Thursday 11.00am – 3.00pm, Friday & Saturday -10.00am - 4.00pm, Sunday 9.00am – 3.00pm.

Services on Sundays at 9.30am, 11.15am and 6.30pm. Wednesday Service at 12.30pm.

Holy Trinity Café is open on Fridays and Saturdays 12.30pm – 4.00pm.


Directions:

From Beverley via A1079 (13.3m). Head northeast on Newbegin toward Lairgate/A164.  Turn left onto Lairgate/A164. Turn left onto York Road/A1174. Follow A1079 and A1033 to Cleveland St/A1165 in Hull. Continue on A1165. Drive to South Church Side.


From Barton Upon Humber vi3a Humber Bridge/A15 and A63 (10.8m) (This route has toll roads). Get on Humber Bridge/A15 from Ferriby Rd/A1077. Follow A15 and A63 for 9.3 miles to Market Place in Hull. Drive to South Church Side.
