Accessibility:
The museum is fully accessible with a level entrance. There is a lift to the mezzanine level for viewing the motorcycles. Wheelchairs to hire, subject to availability; it is advisable to book these in advance.
There are a number of disability parking spaces adjacent to the visitor entrance. There is a disability toilet on site.

Brief Description:

The Museum is situated in the north west of the island on Jurby Industrial Estate just off the A14. About 7.5miles (12km) from Ramsey, and about 17 miles (28km) from Douglas.

Soft drinks and light snacks are available on-site. There are a number of local eateries within a short 5-10 minute drive
The Guard House cafe is adjacent, but as of May 2022 this remains closed. "It is hoped it will reopen in the future but staffing issues are a big problem within the hospitality sector on the island at present and it hasn't been possible to find enough people to run it."
