The venue has its own car park to the side, but there are no specific disability spaces. There is limited disabled access to the mill, although there is wheelchair access through the main mill entrance and access to the main shop through a rear door. Toilet facilities are available.
Brief Description:
Laxey Woollen Mill is a family-owned business and the only remaining mill on the Isle of Man. It was built in 1881 and is still uses the period looms to weave cloth and make woollen garments, particularly the Manx Tartan. It houses a gallery of the work of local craftsmen as well as offers a look into the history of the woollen mill.
