Accessibility:

There is a car park which has designated disability spaces as close to the entrance as possible and two out of the three toilet blocks onsite have disability facilities. The location is wheelchair friendly, with level, gravel paths to some areas. Norfolk Lavender is dog friendly.

Brief Description:

Founded in 1932, Norfolk Lavender has nearly 100 acres of lavender under cultivation. The oil from the flowers is used to make perfume and toiletries, which are available to buy in the shop. You can also take a tour around the gardens and purchase rare lavender plants.

Main site (National Collection of Lavenders, the Herb Garden and shops) are free to visit.

Animal Gardens & Outdoor play area is £4.00 per adult £3.00 for children and concessions, or a family ticket (2A2C) is £12.00.

The village of Heacham is off the A149 King’s Lynn road. Norfolk Lavender is on the junction of the A149 and B1454. OS TF 685374

Amenities:

Onsite there is a tearoom and restaurant (open from 9am) selling tea and coffee, cakes and sandwiches, lunch dishes and cream teas - with its speciality freshly-baked lavender scones. The Farms Shop is open daily and specialises in fresh food including meat pies, pasties and quiches, fresh soups, sauces, fishcakes, casseroles, cakes and puddings.
