Amenities:

A disability toilet is located at ground floor level of the building along with general male and female toilets.  A small cafe is available in the Art Gallery and another in the nearby Southend Council Civic Centre.  Numerous shops and places to eat are available in the nearby town centre, the northern end of the main High Street and the Victoria Shopping Centre being approximately 6-7 minute walk away to the south of this building.
