Accessibility:

Level access is available on the north first floor (from train station/bus interchange using escalator, stairs or lift), south ground floor (from Southchurch Road), west ground floor (from Victoria Circus) and east lower ground floor (from Chichester Road) sides of the Centre.  Access is available to the first floor from Chichester Road but this is via a stepped access only.  Lifts, stairs and escalators give access to all floors once inside the Centre.

Access from car parks into the Centre is via stairs or lifts.

Disability parking bays are provided on level 3 of the car park.

Directions:

The Shopping Centre is located at the junction between the A13 (Queensway) and A127 (Victoria Avenue), opposite Southend Victoria train station.  They have their own car park (paid - see their website for costs) and this is sign posted from Queensway.

Located immediately next to Southend Victoria train station (trains run out of London Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria) with access into the Centre immediately east (turn left out of station main entrance) of the station.

A main bus interchange is also located adjacent to the train station and Shopping Centre.

Southend Central Train Station on the C2C line from London Fenchurch is approximately a 5-8 minute walk away south along the High Street.

Amenities:

Male and female toilets, disability toilets, baby-changing and baby-feeding locations.

The Centre includes a Friends and Places Together location at first floor level.  This charitable organisation provides support to 13 - 18 years old who have a disability that involves sensory, learning disabilities, communication difficulties, physical impairments, people with complex health needs as well as people with Autism and Aspergers.

There is a Lifestyle and Mobility Store within the Centre who provide mobility aids and products to assist the disabled and elderly - check not now closed.
